Please read this Policy with our Privacy Policy, Terms &amp; Conditions and Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>1. Understanding Your Options<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following actions are different:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Subscription cancellation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> stops future recurring charges in accordance with the relevant subscription terms. It does not automatically close your account or delete your data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Individual project or content deletion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> removes selected projects, scripts, uploaded audio, generated files or settings, where the feature is available. Before requesting it, download any generated audio, saved projects, scripts, invoices or other information you wish to retain. Once deleted, content may not be recoverable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>5. This may mean that the custom voice can no longer be used.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deleting a voice sample or custom voice does not remove audio that has already been downloaded, published or stored by you or another authorised user outside PerplexAI. Data We May Retain<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We may retain limited information after account deletion where this is necessary or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, compliance or legal-claim purposes.
