PerplexAI.net is an AI-services platform operated by Webnatics LTD.<\/b> These Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern access to and use of PerplexAI.net and its AI voice and audio-generation services. Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting the website, creating an account, buying credits or a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use PerplexAI.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. About PerplexAI and Related Policies<\/b><\/h2>\n

In these Terms, \u201cPerplexAI,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus\u201d and \u201cour\u201d mean <\/span>Webnatics LTD, operating the PerplexAI.net.<\/b><\/p>\n

These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, subscribers, customers, business customers and anyone accessing the Services. They should be read with our other legal policies and any plan, checkout or feature-specific terms displayed to you. Where a feature-specific term conflicts with these Terms, that feature-specific term applies to the extent of the conflict.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Our Services<\/b><\/h2>\n

PerplexAI provides AI-enabled tools that allow users to create audio from submitted content, adjust available generation settings, preview output and manage eligible projects and audio files through their account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Service availability and features vary by plan, region, product setting and technical capability. We may change the available voices, models, limits, formats or features as described in these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Eligibility<\/b><\/h2>\n

You may use PerplexAI only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Services are not intended for children under the minimum age permitted by applicable law unless a service expressly permits this and any required parental or guardian consent has been obtained.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you use PerplexAI on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, \u201cyou\u201d also refers to that entity.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Account Registration and Security<\/b><\/h2>\n

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or maintaining an account. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date and for protecting your login credentials. Do not share your account or allow another person to use it unless we expressly permit that arrangement. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures. Notify us promptly at support@staging.boutiqueq.com if you suspect unauthorised access, loss of credentials, fraudulent activity or another security issue.<\/span><\/p>\n

We may refuse registration, restrict accounts or investigate accounts that appear fraudulent, misleading, abusive, automated without permission, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. User Content<\/b><\/h2>\n

\u201cUser Content\u201d means the text, scripts, prompts, SSML content, pronunciation instructions and other material you submit or input through PerplexAI. You retain the rights you legally hold in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us and our authorised providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to host, reproduce, process, transmit and use it only as necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the settings or notices applicable to the feature.<\/span><\/p>\n

You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, consents and lawful authority necessary to submit and use User Content. You must not submit confidential, personal, copyrighted, trademarked, private or sensitive material unless you are authorised to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. AI Voice and Text-to-Speech Use<\/b><\/h2>\n

PerplexAI uses automated systems to convert submitted text and settings into generated speech or voice-over output. Output may vary in pronunciation, accent, timing, tone, cadence, voice quality and suitability. AI output can contain errors, unexpected characteristics or inaccurate wording.<\/span><\/p>\n

You are responsible for reviewing generated audio before publishing, sharing, broadcasting, using it in a business context or relying on it. PerplexAI does not guarantee that any output will be accurate, appropriate for a particular purpose, unique, uninterrupted or error-free.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Responsible Use of AI Audio<\/b><\/h2>\n

You must use PerplexAI responsibly and ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful authority for all User Content you submit and every use you make of generated audio.<\/span><\/p>\n

You must not use the Services to create misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or rights-infringing audio. We may reject requests, restrict features, suspend access or terminate an account where use of the Services is unlawful, harmful or inconsistent with these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Prohibited Uses<\/b><\/h2>\n

You must not use PerplexAI, User Content or generated audio to:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Commit, facilitate or promote fraud, scams, identity theft, phishing or other deception.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create deceptive audio, misrepresent a person or organisation, or make fake endorsements.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Defame, threaten, harass, abuse, discriminate against or harm another person.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create or distribute unlawful, sexually exploitative, violent or harmful content, including any content involving minors.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, data-protection, publicity, personality or other third-party rights.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Violate a law, regulation, court order or contractual obligation.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Submit another person\u2019s personal data without permission or lawful authority.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Interfere with the Services, probe or attack security, introduce malware, scrape without permission or bypass access controls.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Circumvent safety filters, usage restrictions, payment controls, technical limits or other platform safeguards.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Use generated audio in any way likely to deceive a reasonable listener where disclosure is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We may take enforcement action for prohibited use, including rejecting requests, removing content, restricting features, suspending an account, terminating access and reporting matters where legally appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n

    9. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h2>\n

    PerplexAI and its licensors own the website, branding, software, user interface, platform technology, models, databases, original website materials and related intellectual-property rights, except for User Content and rights expressly granted to you. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our technology or branding to you.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, resell, distribute or create derivative works from the Services except where applicable law permits it or we give you written permission.<\/span><\/p>\n

    10. Generated Audio and Output Rights<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, payment of applicable fees and any plan-specific restrictions, PerplexAI grants you a non-exclusive right to use generated audio delivered through your account for your lawful personal or commercial projects. Commercial use may include advertising, videos, podcasts, social media, e-learning, marketing and business presentations, unless your selected plan or feature terms state otherwise. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and all third-party rights, including rights connected with a script, trademark or other submitted material.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Standard AI voices, service models and underlying technology remain part of the PerplexAI service. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that a generated output is copyrightable, exclusively owned by you, non-infringing or available for every use in every jurisdiction.<\/span><\/p>\n

    11. Plans, Subscriptions and Usage Limits<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Available plans, prices, billing periods, usage allowances, character, minute or credit limits, features and renewal terms are displayed on the website or at checkout. We may offer plans on a recurring subscription basis, prepaid basis or another basis clearly shown before purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Your access and usage are subject to the limits of your selected plan. We may limit, pause or charge for usage that exceeds applicable allowances where this is clearly disclosed. Plan upgrades, downgrades and changes take effect as described at checkout or in your account. We do not include fixed prices in these Terms because they may change; the price shown before you complete a purchase is the applicable price for that purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

    12. Payments and Billing<\/b><\/h2>\n

    You authorise us and our authorised payment providers to charge the selected payment method for fees, taxes and other properly disclosed amounts due for your purchase or subscription. You must provide accurate billing information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payments may be processed by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We may receive limited transaction and payment-status information but do not need to store full payment-card details to provide the Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent, we may suspend access, retry payment where authorised, request updated information or cancel the related purchase. You remain responsible for applicable taxes unless the law requires us to collect or remit them.<\/span><\/p>\n

    13. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Where a subscription is clearly presented as automatically renewing, you authorise recurring charges at the disclosed billing frequency until you cancel. Before purchasing, we will display the relevant renewal terms, price, billing period and cancellation method.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You can cancel recurring renewal through your account, the checkout provider\u2019s available controls or by contacting support, subject to any process explained at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewal; it does not ordinarily refund fees already paid or end access before the end of the paid period. This section does not limit any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation or consumer rights that apply to you.<\/span><\/p>\n

    14. Refunds and Consumer Rights<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Refund and cancellation eligibility is governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer protections available under Cyprus or EU law.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If you are a consumer buying digital content or services, you may have withdrawal rights. Where legally permitted, those rights may change after you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the relevant consequence at checkout. We will provide the required pre-contract information and any consent or acknowledgement process applicable to the relevant digital service.<\/span><\/p>\n

    15. Service Availability and Changes<\/b><\/h2>\n

    AI services may occasionally be delayed, unavailable or affected by maintenance, high demand, network conditions, safety controls, provider interruptions or technical issues. Generation speeds, model behaviour and voice availability may vary.<\/span><\/p>\n

    We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue services, voices, models, features or limits. Where a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide notice or a remedy where required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

    16. Third-Party Services<\/b><\/h2>\n

    PerplexAI may rely on third parties for AI technology, hosting, storage, payments, authentication, analytics, security, communications and other operational services. Those third parties may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control, but will take reasonable care in selecting and managing providers where required.<\/span><\/p>\n

    17. Privacy and Data Processing<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Providing the Services requires us to process account information, submitted content, generated audio, usage data and transaction information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, share and protect personal data in accordance with applicable Cyprus and EU data-protection requirements, including the GDPR where applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n

    18. Reporting Misuse<\/b><\/h2>\n

    If you believe that PerplexAI has been used for deception, copyright infringement, privacy violation, fraud or illegal content, contact support@staging.boutiqueq.com with a clear description, relevant links or project details, the rights you believe are affected and any evidence that may help us investigate.<\/span><\/p>\n

    We may investigate credible reports, request additional information, take appropriate enforcement action and share information where required by law. Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.<\/span><\/p>\n

    19. Suspension, Termination and Account Closure<\/b><\/h2>\n

    We may immediately restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, payment abuse, illegal activity, security attacks, intellectual-property infringement, risk to others or misuse of AI-generated audio.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You may close your account in accordance with the account tools or our Account & Data Deletion Policy. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature continue, including payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, limitations of liability and rights to investigate past misuse. We may retain limited information where lawful and necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax or dispute purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

    20. AI Disclaimer<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Generated audio is created automatically by AI systems. It may include errors, unexpected wording, variable pronunciation, unsuitable tone, technical artefacts or other limitations. You must review output before professional, commercial, legal, financial, medical, safety-critical or public use. PerplexAI does not guarantee that generated speech will be indistinguishable from human speech, accurate for a particular purpose, suitable for every audience or free from third-party claims.<\/span><\/p>\n

    21. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h2>\n

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerplexAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services. We are not responsible for losses caused by a user\u2019s unlawful use, failure to review output, violation of third-party rights, reliance on generated content, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\n

    22. Governing Law, Changes and Severability<\/b><\/h2>\n

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts in Cyprus will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.<\/span><\/p>\n

    We may update these Terms when our services, laws, security practices or business operations change. We will update the <\/span>Last Updated<\/b> date and, where required, provide notice of material changes through the website, email or your account.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
