PerplexAI.net is an AI-services platform operated by Webnatics LTD. This Disclaimer applies to the AI-powered voice-generation, realistic voice-over, text-to-speech and related IT services available through PerplexAI.net.

1. General Disclaimer

PerplexAI provides automated AI voice-generation and text-to-speech technology. Generated audio is produced automatically from the text, scripts, prompts, selected voice, language, settings and AI models available at the time of a request.

You must review generated audio before publishing, distributing, broadcasting, sharing, relying on or using it for commercial purposes. PerplexAI is a technology platform; it does not review or approve every user request, output or intended use.

2. AI-Generated Voice Output

AI-generated audio can vary in pronunciation, accent, tone, emotion, timing, pitch, naturalness and voice consistency. It may not sound exactly like natural human speech or meet every user expectation. Different languages, scripts, spellings, punctuation, settings, voices and AI models can produce different results. PerplexAI does not guarantee that every output will reproduce a particular style, sound, language variation, accent or emotional delivery.

3. Accuracy and Quality of Output

Generated audio may contain errors, unexpected pronunciation, missing words, unsuitable timing, technical artefacts or other limitations. Output quality can depend on the text supplied, language, selected voice, settings, audio format, service availability and the AI model used.

You are responsible for checking all generated audio for accuracy, legality, appropriateness and suitability before use. Samples, demos or example audio presented on PerplexAI are illustrative only and do not guarantee identical output for another request or user.

4. Voice Cloning and Custom Voices

This section applies only if PerplexAI offers voice cloning, custom-voice creation, voice replication or a similar feature. You may use a voice sample or create a custom voice only if you own the voice or have obtained all required rights, permissions, consent and lawful authority from the voice owner. You must not clone, replicate, imitate or use another person’s voice without authority.

PerplexAI does not authorise identity theft, fraud, deceptive impersonation, fake endorsements, harassment, privacy violations or other unlawful use of voice technology. We may restrict, disable, remove or investigate a voice, output or account where we reasonably believe that it may breach our Terms, policies or applicable law.

5. User Content and Use Responsibility

You remain responsible for all text, scripts, prompts, instructions, uploaded audio, voice recordings, voice samples and other material that you submit to PerplexAI, as well as all generated audio that you publish, share or distribute.

You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, licences, permissions, consents and other lawful authority to use submitted material and generated audio for your intended purpose. Do not upload confidential, sensitive or personal information unless you are authorised to do so and understand the relevant feature’s processing arrangements.

6. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

You must respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, data-protection and other third-party rights. PerplexAI does not automatically verify that every script, recording, voice sample, name, brand, audio file or other item uploaded by a user is owned, licensed or permitted for the intended use.

The availability of generated audio does not guarantee that it is free from third-party rights or that a planned use is lawful. You are responsible for independently assessing the rights and permissions required, particularly for commercial use, public distribution, third-party voices, copyrighted scripts, music, recordings, trademarks and branding.

7. No Guarantee of Exclusivity

Standard AI voices may be available to multiple users. Different users may receive similar-sounding, similar or identical generated outputs. Generated audio should not automatically be treated as unique, exclusive or protected by copyright in every jurisdiction.

Using PerplexAI does not give you ownership of the underlying AI models, software, platform technology or standard service voices. Your rights in any output are governed by the Terms & Conditions, your selected plan and applicable law.

8. Commercial Use

Where commercial use is permitted, it remains subject to the applicable plan, licence, Terms & Conditions and law. You are responsible for ensuring that your intended use in advertising, video, podcasts, social media, e-learning, marketing, presentations or another commercial context is lawful.

Additional rights or permissions may be necessary when content includes a third-party voice, copyrighted script, music, recording, trademark, logo, likeness or other protected material. PerplexAI does not provide legal clearance or guarantee that a commercial use is risk-free.

9. No Professional Advice

PerplexAI does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice, and does not certify, verify or endorse statements contained in generated audio.

AI-generated content referring to health, law, finance, investments, safety or another regulated or high-impact subject must not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional. You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where needed.

10. Misuse and Impersonation

You must not use PerplexAI or generated audio for fraudulent impersonation, identity theft, scams, fake endorsements, phishing, deceptive communications, defamation, harassment, unauthorised celebrity or public-figure imitation, or another unlawful or harmful purpose.

You remain responsible for how you use, publish, share, distribute or otherwise make generated audio available. PerplexAI may investigate credible reports of misuse and take action under its Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

PerplexAI may depend on third-party AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, APIs, analytics services, hosting providers, authentication services and other suppliers. These third parties may have their own terms, privacy notices and service limitations.

PerplexAI does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security or performance of independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

12. Service Availability and Changes

The Services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or affected by maintenance, high demand, internet conditions, technical faults, safety controls or third-party interruptions. Individual voices, models, formats, features and limits may change, be modified or become unavailable as the technology develops.

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability of PerplexAI or any particular voice, model or feature.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PerplexAI is not responsible for losses caused primarily by:

• User misuse of generated voices or content.
• Unauthorised voice cloning or impersonation.
• A user’s infringement of third-party rights.
• Failure to review generated output before publication or reliance.
• Reliance on AI output beyond its intended purpose.
• Incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable user inputs.
• Circumstances outside PerplexAI’s reasonable control.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
